Join the Accounts Payable team in KC, where, in close collaboration with our HQ colleagues, we take full ownership of the end-to-end AP process — from invoice processing and posting of travel expense claims to month-end closing activities.
Beyond our daily operational responsibilities, we actively drive process improvements and automation initiatives, working in close partnership with the RPA and SAP teams.
You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training covering all AP processes carried out in Gdańsk, ensuring a strong foundation for your role and long-term development.
Responsibilities- Process PO and non-PO invoices in SAP VIM with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices and credit notes, proactively addressing and resolving issues
- Investigate and clear open invoices and credit balances while maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Perform regular reconciliation of supplier statements and trade liability accounts
- Prepare payment proposals and execute manual payments when required
- Contribute to and drive continuous improvement initiatives across AP processes
- Support the standardization and harmonization of AP procedures
- Create and maintain process documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and training material
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Accounting or similar fields. A Master’s degree is welcomed
- Basic knowledge in accounting, especially in accounts payables
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical skills and eagerness to learn

Skills Required
