Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Koordination und Betreuung von Karosseriebauanlagen bzw. Teilbereichen
- Konzeptplanung sowie Ausarbeitung von Anlagen- und Fertigungskonzepten
- Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Spezifikationen in der Angebotsphase
- Layout- und Flächenplanung (2D/3D)
- Technische Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Betreuung des Vergabeprozesses
- Koordination der Umsetzung inklusive Monitoring und Tracking sowie Sicherstellung von Budget-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
- Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Stammdaten in den vorgesehenen Systemen
- Erkennung, Analyse und Lösung von Problemen im Fertigungsablauf
- Durchführung von Taktzeitanalysen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Direkte_r Ansprechpartner_in für Lieferant_innen sowie interne Schnittstellen in allen relevanten Projektthemen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Anlagenplanung wünschenswert (Automotive von Vorteil)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Hohe Flexibilität und souveräner Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Word.
- CAD-Grundkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD-Systemen wie CATIA V5, SolidWorks oder AutoCAD
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen €3.396 ,-- und € 4.354 brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.

Skills Required
- Completed technical education or degree from an HTL, FH, or TU in automation engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in facility or plant planning; automotive experience is advantageous
- Independent, structured, analytical, and responsible working style
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and conflict-management skills
- High flexibility and ability to manage changing requirements
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic CAD knowledge and ideally experience with 3D CAD systems such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Good presentation and moderation skills
- Willingness to travel for business
- Teamwork, organizational ability, resilience, and strong commitment
