About The Role
- Hire, grow, and mentor top talent, supporting multiple products and business domains, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, while removing roadblocks and helping your team achieve maximum business impact.
- Drive focus and speed within your team to deliver actionable insights that directly influence the product roadmap and accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to create the most effective data models, ensuring analytical velocity and empowering your team with the right tools and data.
- Identify key opportunities by analyzing a wide range of inputs, ensuring your team is always focused on the highest-impact projects that drive results.
- Establish alignment across teams (marketing, sales, product, CX) to synchronize metrics, foster stronger partnerships, and achieve mutual goals, driving success across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience mentoring analytics teams, with a proven ability to hire, develop, and grow top talent.
- 6+ years of experience as a product analyst, with a strong track record of analyzing product domains.
- A self-driven owner with entrepreneurial qualities, comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and making decisions independently.
- Strong communication skills to explain decisions clearly and motivate teams.
- Passionate about A/B testing, using data and strong product sense to drive experiments and understand user behavior.
- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bias for action, with the ability to break down complex problems and accelerate decision-making.
