In this role, as an Analytics & Automation Manager, you will manage the planning & daily tasks of a team to help streamline corporate technology efforts and create automated, actionable information for teams and leaders., This includes the following functions: creating, discovering, and improving data sources, reporting and standards documentation, and support of processes that generate helpful data to allow for operational services efficiency that comply with internal and external requirements across the global environments.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA. This resource should be local and will sit in our Alpharetta, GA location.
To adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) weekly onsite requirements, Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) each and every week.
What you will do

Manage team and tactical functions associated with automation and transformation programs including planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring projects across the site.

Define RPA and digital value proposition and present the solutions, projects/benefits to potential internal clients.

Maintain budget responsibility with the automation programs.

Provide on-going feedback and communicate results and charges to the internal Customers.

Lead team to optimize and innovate business processes by designing and implementing automation and transformation solutions and/or create / investigate / roll out tools focused on cost reduction and speed up productivity

Build and deliver RPA awareness and training strategy to grow automation culture within different business units.

Define and align client goals of the RPA and transformation programs and create an environment of accountability for achieving business goals.

Support internal customers to build a strong pipeline, perform process assessments and ensure business cases are completed.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred OR related experience
-
Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience serving in technology based software engineering, automation, and analytics capacity.

Have led design and development of analytical and automated reporting & data management solutions.

Worked with Analytics & Automation teams to define and maintain service level performance metrics meeting defined quality and performance engineering standards

Have collaborated with technical leadership on strategic technical direction, guidelines, and best practices. Able to collaborate with a services provider mindset

Drove technical documentation including support, end user documentation and runbooks. Led Sprint planning, reviews, retrospective, and other team activity

Have managed multiple development squads at a supervisory capacity assuming all HR responsibilities, including hiring & interviews, retention, training, and team capacity planning

Implemented architecture decision making associated with planned work roadmaps, refactoring work, EOSL decisions, and continuous improvements whilst ensuring organizational guidelines

Created and delivered technical presentations to internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders communicating with clarity and precision, and present complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate

Experience of building and managing teams (technical included) that deliver complex software solutions that scale

Deep troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead and solve production and customer issues under pressure
