NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

• Build and optimize distributed Spark workloads.
• Build and optimize DBT models, tests, macros, and documentation for transformation layers.
• Develop high-performance PostgreSQL data models and queries.
• Implement data ingestion pipelines using Lambda, Airflow and PySpark.
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices/APIs.
• Ensure data reliability through AWS-native monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EventBridge.
• Implement orchestration and workflow automation using Airflow.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AWS data solutions.
• Apply data security best practices (IAM roles, KMS encryption, VPC networking).
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Expert-level Python programming (OOP, async, packaging, testing).
• Hands-on experience building and managing DBT models, tests, documentation, and CI/CD integration.
• Strong hands-on PySpark experience.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL (query tuning, indexing).
• Proven experience with AWS data services, S3, Lambda and IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, EC2
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data architecture.
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, or ADF/AWS-native schedulers).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines (Harness, Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and serverless-based solutions.
