Analyst - Transfer Agency

Location: Dalian

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Transfer Agency (TA) team in Dalian. This role is responsible for supporting the full suite of TA and Investor Services functions for both open-ended and close-ended funds. The successful candidate will also assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including FATCA and CRS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily TA operations including transaction processing, trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, and investor reporting.
• Handle investor onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation review in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the delivery of high-quality investor services, including responding to client inquiries and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with FATCA and CRS due diligence, classification, and reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Transfer Agency, KYC, or Investor Services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of fund structures (open-ended and close-ended) and regulatory requirements (FATCA/CRS) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support the communication with Clients
