About the Team

As part of Zoom's Market Strategy team, the Analyst Relations Manager will have responsibility for select industry analyst and influencer relations. This person will work with marketing and cross-functional teams to enhance Zoom’s UCaaS leadership with analysts and influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary liaison between industry analysts and Zoom, managing relationships and strategic engagements.

  • Acting as a spokesperson for Zoom's products and services, implementing best practices for analyst relations.

  • Collaborating across teams to align engagement with company goals, handle analyst requests, and provide timely support to sales.

  • Communicating Zoom's news, strategy, and future plans to analysts, while facilitating analyst input on company direction.

  • Developing briefing materials, manage analyst tours, and contribute to intelligence efforts.

  • Representing Zoom in analyst discussions and industry conferences.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology space.

  • Have 3+ years in analyst relations or 5+ in communications at a high-tech company or PR agency with

    analyst relations experience.

  • Experience partnering and supporting product marketing, product management, customer advocacy, and other similar functions.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of SaaS and the unified communications industry (including hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industry best practices in the market.

  • Have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and industry analysts

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
