Role Responsibilities

Assist stakeholders in evaluating the impact of new opportunities and estimating the effort required to implement the solutions to support them.

Leads and coordinates mid-sized projects, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.

Works closely with Product, IT and functional leaders defining requirements and facilitating design discussions.

Creates business/ process flows, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions.
-
Performs time studies as needed using sampling methods and tools to capture times.

Helps respective functions understand change implementation process, clarify roles and responsibilities, facilitate problem solving sessions.
Role Requirements
-
2+ years’ experience in financial services or project/ process management.
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or project management or equivalent skills are required.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills are required.
-
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables.
-
Experience with eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements with minimum support.
-
Knowledge of Western Union products, Care or Compliance processes would be considered as an advantage.

Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point is required.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2325 – 3525 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
