As a product development and pricing analyst, you help develop and update insurance products and services. You also set, validate and monitor prices to support profitable growth. You analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions in accordance with the rules for your discipline, and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, extensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:

Proactive in managing client requests and develop a clear understanding of the clients’ needs

Ability to achieve well analyzed and supported Underwriting recommendations for balancing profitability and business growth

Proactively share results and recommendations to senior management executives in concise manner
-
Oversees risk selection and pricing decisions for large size groups while establish risk selection and pricing on VIP clients in collaboration with Team Lead and Manager
-
Work with Junior Underwriters to prepare renewal/quotes for large or complex cases
-
Oversees and review financial reporting for large VIP clients
-
Establish strong working relationship with our Sales team and work in collaboration to acquire new business and sale renewals to existing clients

Training and mentoring Junior Underwriters

Process all assigned work in accordance with departmental service standards

Propose innovation ideas and process changes to optimize client services delivery

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience
