Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Teams (Operation, Transport, Quality) and commercial teams to align business goals with targets (Production Plan, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning processes, minimize unnecessary movements, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate production planning and logistics to align production volumes with customer demand and safety stock levels.
- Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans, maximizing handling capacities.
- Use tools such as SAP to manage orders, and JDA to optimize and automate orders through PSO Module (Product and Sourcing Optimization)
- Develop and monitor monthly production and flow plans over a 3‑month horizon based on S&OE, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment.
- Analyse data and build KPIs and reports using Excel (Power Query) and Power BI, while managing and optimizing orders through SAP and JDA (PSO module)

Profil
- Bac +4/+5 (école de commerce ou d’ingénieur) avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain / logistique
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en planification, gestion des stocks ou demand planning
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de planification (SAP, Power Query, Power BI)
- Solides capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
- Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse
- Français et anglais courants

Skills Required
- Bac +4/+5 (Master's or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
- 3 to 5 years' experience in planning, inventory management, or demand planning
- Proficient in Excel including Power Query
- Experience using SAP for order and inventory management
- Experience with JDA, specifically the PSO (Product and Sourcing Optimization) module
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple priorities
