The Learning Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to various enterprise Learning & Development platforms including but not limited to: (a) Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS), (b) EdCast (Learning Experience), (c) NovoEd, (d) Xyleme (Content Management System), (e) Custom-developed solutions (e.g., Admin Portals) (f) SharePoint site/s and (g) different content providers (as Udemy).
He/she is the subject matter expert for the functionalities and business processes governing these platforms and must build broad knowledge of downstream platform impacts, including feed impacts with Document Management and other HR Systems including but not limited to Workday.
He/she is responsible for working with global stakeholders, business admins, curators, and end users with focus on the customer, and on accurately, completely and within SLA & KPI - managing task cases, documents, reports, UAT and other operational support tasks. This Analyst will also support compliance with Learning & Development processes, helping ensure data quality and accuracy.
He/she must build strong relations with various teams as Global Talent Management, IT, Global Learning Admin, Contact Center & several HR Digital Platforms teams.
Education:

- Junior to mid-level experience in system and user acceptance testing, documentation and technical writing, system administration, incident management and communication, release management, access provision, data analysis, and reporting.
