As an IT support analyst, you provide user support and assistance for IT applications, including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management. You help keep IT equipment up and running, particularly through server administration. You analyze and diagnosing issues related to IT deliveries and rollouts, as well as controls and quality assurance. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes drawing on your extensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. You assist clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:

Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices

Help develop and optimize procedures and implement tools

Help analyze risks, prepare reports and implement recommendations

Prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
