The Crown Is Yours
Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decision-making across the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our iGaming business by leveraging data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding the business and user behavior.
What you'll do:

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Generate high-quality presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support business objectives and key initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate business performance and key initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of product changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, and operational leaders to analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance player experience and business strategy.

What you'll bring:

• 0 - 1 year of business analytics or data analytics experience, preferably at a gaming company.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, MIS, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
• Experience in SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
