Team Overview

The Team’s Focus:
Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management,
and depersonalized analytical data requests.
This position is accountable for delivery of transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal & external customers within the service
level agreements. This is done through processing and loading of requests as per client requirements, thereby ensuring that good quality
outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Job Description : This position is responsible for the execution of fulfilling jobs that includes transforming the data and putting together solutions (required credit data set) for our internal and external customers. The incumbent will support these efforts through working with Off-Line Production Team Members, and global Batch teams, as appropriate. Performance is measured by delivering solutions to our customers, realizing strategic benefits for our organization, and by contributions to teamwork.

• Partner with Client Engagement teams and review client requirements from a technical perspective.

• Create test plan, design, execute, deliver, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate results.

• Fulfill and deliver files to customers by utilizing requirements provided by Batch coordinators, configuring scripts, and audit final results.

• Be part of modernization initiative.


Required Knowledge And Experiences

0-2 years of Experience in Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record of academic excellence.

• A passion for service excellence. • Strong attention to detail.

• Strong SQL and Python skillset for data processing and cleansing.

• Experience/ Working knowledge of Unix/ Linux; familiarity with ETL processing/tools.

• Good to have Spark/Pyspark/Hive understanding.

• Flexibility to work in Canada business hours/time zone as required.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Effective interpersonal and communication style with the ability to interact at multiple levels within and outside the organization.

• Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team environment.

• Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance.

• Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Good time management skills
