Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves developing financial plans, conducting financial analyses, and providing insights to support decision-making. The Analyst will work closely with the financial planning and analysis team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Travailler avec la direction pour obtenir des résultats financiers et stratégiques par l’utilisation des meilleures pratiques d’analyse et planification financières. Appuyer les procédés d’analyse de planification financières, les initiatives et les rapports des opérations. 

Responsabilités : 

  • Créer, maintenir et rédiger des rapports financiers hebdomadaires et mensuels   

  • Développer, mettre en œuvre et surveiller les outils d’exploitation  

  • Analyser les ventes, les profits et les autres sources de revenus pour déterminer les opportunités et émettre des recommandations  

  • Fournir une analyse des dépenses d’exploitation par rapport au budget et émettre des commentaires aux parties prenantes  

  • Aider le plan d’exploitation annuel de la région et le processus de prévision mensuel  

  • Aider la direction dans la préparation de présentations sur les résultats au centre de soutien du Canada   

  • Aider l’équipe de rapports financiers dans son processus de fermeture mensuelle au besoin  

  • Aider plusieurs fonctions dans tous les départements avec les initiatives locales et nationales 

  • Créer des modèles financiers et réaliser des analyses ponctuelles 

  • Être responsable du respect des politiques et procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) du programme de salubrité alimentaire de Sysco spécifiques au poste 

  • Aider le responsable du programme de salubrité alimentaire à assurer le respect du programme de salubrité alimentaire de Sysco qui mène au respect des certifications de tiers et des exigences des clients  

  • Travailler avec un faible impact environnemental et comprendre l’importance de signaler tous les dangers, incidents et déversements dans l’environnement immédiatement à son superviseur 

  • Comprendre qu’il ou elle joue un rôle essentiel pour sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et être prêt à signaler les dangers 

  • Réaliser d’autres tâches au besoin 

 

Qualifications/compétences/exigences : 

  • Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste de finance ou d’analyse 

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, analyse de données ou un domaine connexe 

  • Une certification de comptable professionnel est préférable. 

  • Maîtrise des rapports financiers et du grand livre général (GL) ou tout autre système de rapport financier similaire 

  • Connaissances de toutes les composantes des états financiers de base (résultats, bilan) 

  • Grande compétence avec Microsoft Office incluant Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 

  • Expérience avec Cognos, Tableau ou autre outil de rapport similaire 

  • Capacités analytiques et mathématiques exceptionnelles 

  • Une connaissance de SQL et des principes relationnels des bases de données est un atout
