- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CRM) in developing custom views and data extraction, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard creation.
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, etc.).
- Experience in database querying (SQL) and data transformation tools is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance measurement, reporting automation, and data storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for marketing and business intelligence reporting.
- Analyze customer and campaign performance data across all sales and marketing activities to identify trends and insights.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to integrate data insights into decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, reporting methodologies, and business intelligence best practices.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of sales and marketing automation, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, paid media reporting, and SEM tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Experience with Wrike or other project management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and tracking implementation is a plus.
- Experience integrating and leveraging AI for automation of analytics and reporting tasks
