As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your expertise in translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements will be instrumental in the success of our development process and enable us to deliver value to our stakeholders.
Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or similar technical background, preferably with business analysis, development, or related knowledge
- 7+ years of proven experience in a business analyst role including at least 2 years working with MS-D365.
- Work experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business processes in professional services related
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- Experienced troubleshooting and testing skills
- Demonstrated ability to implement tools and strategies to ensure a high standard of quality control.
- Demonstrated problem identification/analysis
- Demonstrated communication and organizational
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal
- Demonstrated software development and systems analysis
- Demonstrated database design and query
- Demonstrated report design and creation

Role and Responsibilities:
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements along with solution designs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze technical requirements, predecessors, and dependencies and sequence accordingly
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of user stories.
- Assist with release planning and
- Support sprint, end to end and release demos and
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and
- Be a subject matter expert related to the design and deployment of solutions developed and deployed.
- Maintain related product and development related

- Certification(s) related to business analysis (e.g. CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, IIBA-CPOA)
