Provides outsourced HR consulting and support to clients across benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, HRIS optimization, documentation, and general HR operations. Builds client relationships, addresses HR concerns, researches employment regulations, improves processes, and contributes to service-line growth and business development.

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM and related Talent & Culture systems. Gather requirements, build business process configurations, create HR reports, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and support compliance reporting. The role collaborates with global HR and technology teams, explains Workday functionality to stakeholders, and supports modules including Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.

Provides technical support for low- to moderate-complexity hardware and software issues, resolves service desk requests, researches escalated problems, maintains knowledge of client systems, and assists with training and knowledge transfer. The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with shifts based in Chicago either fully in-person or hybrid.
