Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the APAC sales team to understand the client's business goals and objectives, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
Performs all activities related to onboarding and supporting new clients to the platform including but not limited to: answering client inquiries, and hosting virtual client orientation/training sessions on how to navigate and use the platform via phone and email efficiently.
Provides relevant information, support, or training for platform products.
Troubleshoots and supports clients and internal stakeholders with media monitoring requests or related inquiries.
- Responsible for delivering reports based on clients' needs and helping produce insights that help contribute to meeting clients' goals and deadlines, which covers performing media analysis of brands, competitors, or historical data, creating standardized dashboards and reports with the use of Cision's proprietary software or Microsoft Office applications.

Passionate about sales support, customer support, and client experience
Young talent is welcome. 1-5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications within a relevant industry.
Skilled in stakeholder management to build strong relationships (facing internal sales & external clients)
Confidence in spoken and written English and Chinese (the position holder will communicate with clients in markets including Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia)
Self-motivated and analytical, with sharp problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to transform data into insights
Skills Required
- 1-5 years experience in customer support, sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications
