Iron Mountain is seeking a modern, proactive Analyst of Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our fast-paced, global Analytics and Insights team. In this role, you will do much more than build standard dashboards; you will be instrumental in setting up robust data pipelines, automating complex manual processes, and driving insights that help our business leaders make faster, better decisions.

We look for a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can take strong ownership of their deliverables. You will work directly with global business stakeholders mainly across Customer Experience, Collections, and Finance to test solutions, present findings, and ensure we are solving the right business problems.

What You Will Do

• Data Pipeline & Foundation Building: Automate the collection, processing, and reconciliation of data across different countries and systems to ensure high-quality inputs before generating insights.

• Business Insight & Decision Support: Analyze operational, customer, and financial data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and convert raw data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Dashboarding & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain clear, executive-friendly visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Data Studio.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with global teams to understand their pain points, gather user feedback, conduct testing, and present your solutions (moving beyond isolated IT tasks to true business partnership).

• Delivery Ownership: Manage assigned deliverables end-to-end, proactively communicating risks or errors, and holding yourself accountable for timelines, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar data-focused role.

• Technical Foundation: Proven experience with SQL , Python, Tableau, Power BI and Looker Studio. Experience with ERP and Softwares as Oracle, NetSuite, or OneStream.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent English is mandatory to collaborate with global stakeholders.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience with corporate accounting data structures (P&L statements, budgets, billing/revenue, and banking transactions) as a background in Financial Planning is highly desirable.
