At PUMA, we push limits – not only in sport but also in how we work. As an Analyst Automation, you will play a key role in driving our automation agenda across the EMEA region and contributing to the global automation program.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate closely with business users to understand automation needs and identify suitable solutions across EMEA
Analyze existing business processes to uncover automation opportunities and efficiency gains
Prepare clear process documentation and align requirements with business stakeholders
Support automation developers by clarifying process-related questions
Actively support PUMA’s Automation initiative and its global rollout
Manage local automation projects, including cost tracking and ROI analysis
Coordinate internal and external service providers where applicable
Serve as the main point of contact for business communication at your location
Recommend prioritization of automation requests for global pipeline management
Manage projects within the Global Automation program in close alignment with the Global Project Manager
Apply, promote, and continuously enhance automation best practices.
We are looking for a proactive and business‑oriented automation professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
You bring:
A university degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience implementing and managing automation in complex enterprise environments
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Process Mining (strong advantage)
A hands‑on mindset with a strong drive to deliver results
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to change
Strong cross‑cultural communication skills
The ability to manage timelines while maintaining high standards in a fast‑paced environment
A service‑oriented mindset
Fluency in Business English.
