As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Acompanhar a performance dos fornecedores que prestam serviços de infraestrutura de TI, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs
- Apoiar a implementação de iniciativas globais e regionais de infraestrutura no mercado local
- Dar suporte ao time de TI na execução de setups de infraestrutura
- Interagir com equipes internas (global, regional e local) para garantir alinhamento e entrega dos projetos
- Construir e manter dashboards e relatórios analíticos em Power BI para apoiar decisões da área de infraestrutura
- Apoiar projetos de transformação digital na área de infraestrutura
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento em infraestrutura de TI (EUC, telefonia, videoconferência)
- Experiência com análise de dados e construção de dashboards (Power BI)
- Conhecimento da plataforma Microsoft Power (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Inglês intermediário
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e interagir com múltiplas áreas e fornecedores
Desejáveis
- Certificação ITIL
- Experiência com gestão de fornecedores de TI e acompanhamento de SLAs
- Conhecimento em Tableau ou Amazon Quick
- Experiência em empresas multinacionais com grande volume de atendimento
- Espanhol básico
A posição está baseada em Curitiba, PR (modelo híbrido, 50% presencial).
