O que você fará:

Fornecerá suporte atendendo a solicitações, dúvidas e perguntas do cliente por e-mail, telefone ou chat ao vivo, solucionando problemas, documentando, escalando e gerenciando a resolução de problemas no melhor interesse do cliente e da empresa;

Poderá fornecer suporte em 1 ou mais idiomas;

Trabalhará em tarefas fora da fila atribuídas pela gerência;

Será responsável por alertar os líderes de equipe e gerentes sobre discrepâncias;

Desenvolverá conhecimento e aprende sistemas de negócios (por exemplo, Siebel, CSC, ECP) dentro do GSD;

Reconhecerá e escalará quando os processos padrão não estão funcionando corretamente.
O que você precisa ter:

Necessário experiência anterior com Atendimento ao Cliente;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar na escala 12x36 das 6h às 18h, no formato híbrido.

Conhecimento intermediário do Microsoft Office;

Obrigatório Inglês e espanhol avançado para conversação;
