We are looking for an Americas Regional Business Partner, an experienced senior People professional with deep knowledge of Americas employment law, a track record of post-acquisition integration, and the commercial acumen to operate as a true strategic partner.

About The Role

This is a senior, strategic People Partnering role with genuine regional authority. You will lead the Americas People Partner function across the US and LATAM, setting the strategy, influencing the Executive team, and delivering tangible outcomes at pace. 

This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend 2 - 3 days on site at our Buenos Aires Delivery Centre for collaboration and leadership engagement.

What Success Looks Like
  • Lead and define the People Partnering strategy for the Americas region, setting clear priorities, success measures, and ways of working that ensure the team delivers high-impact, business-aligned outcomes across all applicable functions.
  • Act as a strategic adviser to senior leadership and the Executive team, influencing decisions with commercial, data-led insight and translating people priorities into actionable business strategies.
  • Represent the People function in business planning and decision-making, ensuring that people's implications are understood, managed, and actively used to achieve organisational goals.
  • Ensure the People Partnering team operates with pace and accountability, setting its own priorities, anticipating business needs, and pivoting in response to change.
  • Lead the post-acquisition integration of US and LATAM entities, specifically focusing on the harmonisation of disparate employment contracts, benefits packages, and internal policies to create a unified regional standard.
  • Drive the operational set-up of our Delivery Centre in Buenos Aires, navigating local labour unions and ensuring all hiring practices align with Argentinian labour law.
  • Manage the strategic rollout and compliance of the Graduate Academy in Buenos Aires, ensuring compliance for trainees and coordinating with local educational and state bodies.
  • Execute high-impact, ad-hoc hiring across the Americas, balancing the pace of growth with the nuances of local jurisdictional requirements.
  • Work closely with the Argentina Delivery Centre Director, Delivery Operations, and the talent acquisition team to understand and respond to recruitment requirements.
  • Shape and oversee organisational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring structures, roles, and capability align to strategic growth plans.
  • Lead performance, engagement, and leadership development programmes, ensuring they drive measurable improvements in effectiveness, retention, and culture alignment.
  • Oversee complex employee relations and change management activities, ensuring fair, commercially sound, and risk-aware outcomes that protect both people and business interests.
  • Champion and embed Beyond’s values across every stage of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected in how we attract, engage, and develop our people.
  • Collaborate with regional People Partners across other geographies, contributing America's insight into global initiatives, sharing best practice, and where relevant taking ownership of cross-regional workstreams.
  • Use people analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and influence leadership thinking on workforce health, performance, and future capability.

Skills Required

  • Deep knowledge of Americas employment law (US and LATAM jurisdictions)
  • Proven track record of post-acquisition integration (harmonisation of contracts, benefits, policies)
  • Experience leading a People Partner function across US and LATAM (regional HR leadership)
  • Commercial acumen and ability to advise executive leadership using data-driven insights
  • Experience navigating Argentinian labour law and engaging with labour unions
  • Experience establishing or operating a delivery centre or similar hub (hiring operations and local compliance)
  • Experience managing graduate/trainee programmes and compliance with local educational and state bodies
  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development
  • Experience leading performance, engagement, leadership development and measurable retention initiatives
  • Experience handling complex employee relations and change management with commercial and risk-aware outcomes
  • Ability to work with people analytics and translate data into HR strategy
