Within the Services organization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement places Mastercard at the heart of our customers' B2C and B2B lifecycle management strategies. We help our customers acquire, engage, and retain consumers through end-to-end services, platforms, and marketing solutions.
Role
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Director - CA&E Products for LAC to be responsible for scaling Mastercard's Offers business as a foundational capability while helping shape and build the long-term Commerce Media ecosystem in the region.
This role will shape regional growth by identifying market opportunities, defining differentiated product narratives, and enabling market teams with scalable product strategies. The Director will serve as a senior strategic partner across regional and global product, sales and market teams to accelerate adoption and business impact.
The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of loyalty, digital marketing, media, data, merchant engagement, and payments, partnering with issuers, merchants, advertisers, and internal Mastercard teams to create measurable value for all stakeholders. This individual should be equally comfortable driving executive-level strategy, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating market and client needs into compelling growth opportunities. It's also important that the candidate brings Product Management skills, such as Strategic & Business skills, product execution, KPIs performance management, leadership and collaboration skills, Customer & innovation, Technical & analytical
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional growth by leading the Product strategy for CA&E solutions across LAC, with a focus on Marketing, Personalization, and data-driven customer engagement capabilities.
- Act as the regional subject matter expert on media, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends, including media planning, audience targeting, campaign orchestration, and performance optimization.
- Bring strong experience working with media agencies and partners, with the ability to assess media strategies, challenge plans constructively, and connect media investments to business outcomes.
- Develop compelling product narratives, value propositions, and sales enablement materials tailored to different customer segments, industries, and market contexts.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Global product team, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to support strategic client engagements, commercial proposals, and high-impact RFP responses.
- Translate client, market, and competitive insights into recommendations that influence product evolution, roadmap prioritization, and regional growth strategy.
- Establish clear success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate commercialization effectiveness, campaign performance, and business impact.
- Influence and align cross-functional, matrixed teams across regional and global stakeholders, driving clarity, focus, and execution excellence.

- 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Broad experience in Digital media, including exposure to integrated media planning, performance marketing, audience strategy, measurement, and agency collaboration models.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and marketing performance metrics.
