Responsibilities
- Partnership Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and carriers to drive new referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and ongoing relationship management.
- Content Creation and Marketing:Develop engaging content tailored to our partners and end-users. This includes creating and distributing a regular newsletter, crafting client success stories, and gathering testimonials that highlight the impact of our solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to administer co-marketed partner webinars.
- Event Participation:Travel to industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings to represent the company, deepen existing relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Account Management:Serve as a liaison between the partners and internal teams, ensuring that partners receive the support they need. Oversee and track the success of partnership-driven initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Experience, Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or SaaS industry.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling newsletters and marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for business events and conferences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, from relationship-building to content development and account management.
- Proficient working with modern tools and technologies, for example Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. as well as MS Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
