What will your job be like?
- Use existing tools and methods to provide informative analysis on the quality of algorithmic developments and production versions, based on statistical methods and data review.
- Provide in-depth and quality performance results, in a timely manner.
- Participate in the algorithmic development decision-making process.
- This includes the following types of tasks:
- Run and test development versions.
- Analyze and make judgments on new developments and approval of production versions.
- Communicate regressions and critical issues to Algorithmic and Management teams.
- Produce detailed and high-level reports, and support projects' needs.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. / B.A. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative/scientific field.
- Proven hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and code agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar LLM workflows)
- 3+ years of experience in natural sciences OR Industrial Engineering.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and strong technical ability.
- Fluent English & Hebrew.
- Data analysis or research experience - an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python - an advantage.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Independence, ability to learn new material quickly.
