Key Responsibilities
1. Regional PGTH Program Leadership
- Drive consistent execution of PGTH checks across all countries within the region.
- Develop and maintain standardized PGTH checklists, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain the PGTH dashboard, Powerwatch data flow and integration.
- Ensure service teams follow PGTH requirements during pre-installation, installation, and post-service checks.
2. PGTH Analysis & Corrective Recommendations
- Review and analyze PGTH reports submitted by country teams.
- Identify non-conformance, trends, and recurring issues.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations for corrective measures.
- Support countries in prioritizing and implementing PGTH corrective actions to improve system stability.
3. Country Engagement & Escalation Management
- Host regular calls with country service teams to share latest PGTH project updates, review PGTH statuses, escalations, and improvement plans.
- Act as the regional focal point for PGTH related escalations and risk mitigation discussions.
- Monitor progress of PGTH corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
4. Collaboration with Global PGTH Teams
- Work closely with the global PGTH organization to align regional execution with global standards, guidelines, and updates.
- Lead regional deployment of PGTH initiatives, tools, and training.
- Share regional insights, challenges, and success stories with the global team to influence future enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related field).
- Strong technical understanding of electrical infrastructure, grounding systems, and environmental control for medical equipment or similar technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in field service/technical service, medical device preferred.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions (preferred).
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret technical reports.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
