Partner with the functional leaders within the AIS Leadership Team to provide visibility into critical costs, headcount, and investment programs within their respective teams, ensuring accurate and clear reporting to support effective decision making within the parameters of the function.
Strategically work with each leader to define budgets for their respective function, closely partnering to determine investment needs and other cost management needs to meet the financial goals of the Segment.
Translate P&L results into actionable insights for the functional leaders and accurately forecast future expenditures relative to timing of investment decisions and other actions.
Develop process to accurately track and measure critical investments within the functions, understanding performance versus business cases, and helping partner to ensure benefits on investment are realized for the Segment.
Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) from an accredited university or college
5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a diverse team environment
Graduate of GEHC’s Financial Management Program (FMP); Operational Finance Development Program (OFLP); or graduate of other financial leadership programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across a variety of stakeholders.
Adaptable, flexible. Open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
Strong critical thinking skills & demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
