This is an on-site role based at our Upplands Väsby office in Stockholm. As Air Manager, you will report to the District Manager for Sweden.
Job DescriptionScope of Position
To further develop the air product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company's policies and procedures.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operations within the Air Export and Import department
- Foster and maintain a strong culture of regulatory compliance at all times
- Actively develop business for department through active involvement in sales and retention process
- Review department goals and business plan periodically with staff to ensure buy-in and accountability
- Develop department personnel
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience or qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven track record
- Strong market insight and in-depth product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive outcomes
