入社後はExcel VBA・Pythonベースの業務ツールの運用・改修から、SQL等を使ったデータ抽出・集計、業務効率化まで幅広い業務を既存メンバーと協働しながらサポートしていただきます。業務基盤の全体像を把握した後は、ご自身の強みや志向に合わせて、最新テクノロジー（生成AI等）を活用した業務効率化の推進、あるいは業務における課題解決に向けたプロジェクト企画など、多角的なキャリアパスを描いていただくことを期待しています。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

入社後まずは、事業の基盤を支える以下の実務（1〜3）を中心にお任せします。業務とデータ仕様の理解が進んだ後、徐々にモダン環境への移行や最新テクノロジーの導入（4〜5）へと業務の幅を広げていただきます。

1. 既存業務ツールの保守・運用および改修
主に法人向け保険部門（従業員の労災の保険、企業財産の保険、企業賠償責任の保険など）で利用されているツールの日常的な運用サポート、改善提案およびユーザーからの要望に応じた改修を行います。

2. 自動化プロセスの運用保守および新規効率化プロセスの構築
既存の自動化ツールの保守・トラブルシューティングを通じた安定運用を行います。あわせて、維持に留まることなく、新たな生産性向上を目的とした新規プロセス開発にも携わっていただきます。

3. データ抽出・集計・分析（SQL）による営業・商品部門への意思決定サポート
営業部門や商品部門からの依頼に基づき、社内データソース（企業データ、保険証券データ、マーケットデータなど）から必要なデータを抽出し、ビジネスの意思決定に必要なデータソリューションの提供を行います。

4. ビジネス部門との連携・ビジネス課題のヒアリング
既存メンバーと共に各ビジネス部門とのミーティングに同席し、業務のペインポイント（お困りごと）をヒアリングします。

５. 最新テクノロジー（生成AI等）の導入プロジェクトへの参画
生成AI等のプロジェクトにメンバーとして加わり、実際の業務プロセスへの組み込みや、業務効率化・付加価値創出の検証・実装を行います。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

　最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

　必要スキル・経験

• コミュニケーション能力と協調性（多様なメンバー・ビジネス部門と円滑に協働できること）
• プログラミングの基礎。ご自身でコーディング（読み書き）ができること
• SQLなどで、目的のデータを自分で抽出・加工できること（ノーコードBIのみに依存しないこと）
• 自分が学んだ・取り組んだことを、「なぜそうしたか」基礎から説明できる論理的思考力
• データ・ITツール・生成AI等への学習意欲（レガシー技術も最新技術も前向きに学べること）

　歓迎スキル・経験

• 理学・工学・数学・情報・計量経済など関連分野の学位
• Excel／VBAでのツール作成・改修、Python・R・SQLなどでのデータ処理経験
• 生成AIを使ってみた経験（プロンプトエンジニアリング等、レベル不問）
• Microsoft 365（Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot）での業務改善への関心
• 業務効率化・ツール作成、データアナリスト等の経験

　業務経験

• 募集要項に関連した実務経験がある方を歓迎します。
  歓迎する経験の例： ITエンジニア、データアナリスト、あるいは事業部門での業務効率化・ツール作成（Excelマクロ等）の経験など。
