We are seeking a dynamic and innovation-driven AI Product Manager
to join HiBob's AI Group . This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of HiBob's platform-building both foundational AI platform capabilities and client-facing applications that touch every user segment across our customer base.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR-tech, or open platform ecosystems
- A proven track record of driving innovation and experimentation, with an iterative approach to discovering and validating new opportunities
- Demonstrated success in balancing platform/infrastructure work with user-facing product development, aligning internal needs with external impact
- Experience crafting and owning product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user insights, business value, and technical feasibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-comfortable with defining workflows, evaluating behavioral data, and translating insights into intuitive product solutions
- Background in developing AI-powered products, particularly using GenAI, with an understanding of the underlying technical and ethical considerations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of clearly conveying decisions and rallying diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision
- Hands-on experience using product analytics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Advanced professional proficiency in Hebrew and English-a must
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategic platform development and customer-centric product innovation , ensuring a healthy balance between inbound work (deep collaboration with PMs, engineering, design, and data teams) and client-facing execution (launching and iterating on features that directly impact HR leaders, employees, and managers). You'll own the full product lifecycle-from experimentation and discovery to delivery and optimization-while exploring emerging technologies to keep HiBob at the forefront of HR-tech innovation.
