Acting as a cross-functional bridge, you will:
- Integrate AI logic into Salesforce to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to manage data lifecycles and surface actionable insights.
- Maintain the Salesforce infrastructure as the central hub for all AI-driven business logic and interactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Integrate AI infrastructure within Salesforce to ensure seamless adoption by customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to oversee the ingestion, storage, and integrity of AI-generated data (e.g., CS tickets labeling, transcripts, sentiment logs) in compliance with GDPR.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial technical design and documentation to production maintenance and internal stakeholder adoption.
- Build and maintain custom AI agents to automate high-volume repetitive manual tasks
- Perform continuous tuning of bot logic and prompt structures to improve output accuracy and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational teams, translating business requirements into functional AI-driven solutions and automations.
- Transition experimental models in collaboration with the Data Science team into scalable, enterprise-grade operational tools.
- Monitor and report on AI performance metrics to ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
- Experienced in Python and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of API integrations and managing data flows between disparate systems.
- Knowledge about Salesforce Objects and APIs is highly preferred to ensure data synchronization between the CRM and AI layers.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and testing prompts to optimize model performance.
- Ability to build robust, scalable tools designed for high-volume business environments.
