Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- Product acumen, ownership, and focus on value delivered to customers
- Ability to use AI coding tools as part of daily development, not just experimentation
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering (architecture, testing, debugging, code review)
- High awareness of when good enough is better than perfect
- High proficiency in English
It will be awesome if you have experience with:
- Deploying and maintaining LLM-based production systems
- NoSQL and SQL
- Kafka or other message brokers
- GraphQL
- Docker Swarm / Kubernetes
