Own post-sale adoption of Zowie’s GenAI platform for mid-market and enterprise customers. Configure AI Agents, design integrations with e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and APIs, lead implementations, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Guide onboarding, optimization, renewals, and advocacy while building stakeholder relationships, facilitating workshops, presenting ROI, influencing product roadmaps, and enabling customer self-service.

Lead Technical Account Managers and oversee complex AI product implementations for enterprise customers. Design multi-system integrations across e-commerce, CRM, data, and telephony platforms; lead discovery and solution workshops; translate executive requirements into architectures and adoption plans; guide implementation; manage stakeholder expectations; and provide product roadmap feedback. The role also requires coaching, prioritization, and strong English and Polish communication skills.

Design, implement, and operate multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) platform capabilities with IaC, secure access, and CI/CD. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve reliability, developer experience, and enterprise readiness; own initiatives end-to-end and maintain production systems.

Build and scale core systems powering GenAI customer agents. Design reliable, high-performance distributed services, work across Java/Scala/Python stacks, use AI dev tools to accelerate engineering, ensure strong tests and observability, collaborate on architecture and product decisions, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
