Own end-to-end vertical growth campaigns for B2B SaaS: craft narratives, build landing pages and ads, run paid campaigns, email and webinars, optimize for meetings and pipeline, and create repeatable playbooks.

The GTM Associate will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborate with the founder, and analyze customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth.

Perform outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social and video), analyze prospect pain points, log activity in CRM, collaborate with sales to generate qualified B2B SaaS opportunities, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and share market feedback with product and marketing.

Design, implement, and operate multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) platform capabilities with IaC, secure access, and CI/CD. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve reliability, developer experience, and enterprise readiness; own initiatives end-to-end and maintain production systems.

Build and scale core systems powering GenAI customer agents. Design reliable, high-performance distributed services, work across Java/Scala/Python stacks, use AI dev tools to accelerate engineering, ensure strong tests and observability, collaborate on architecture and product decisions, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
