We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineering Tech Lead to join a cross-team commando team in the Core Services group. The main goal of this team will be to drive the most complex and strategic projects in the group. Core Services group is dedicated to delivering essential technical platforms and services to product teams, particularly focusing on resiliency, encryption, search, and high-scale write operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling complex challenges, can establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships and loves driving technical excellence.
- Experienced software engineer comfortable in a hands-on coding and technical role.
- Self-driven and independent with a strong ability to set and manage your priorities.
- Fast learner with exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communicator who builds strong professional relationships quickly.
- Confident in identifying, articulating, and addressing both technical and organizational issues.
- Comfortable moving frequently between diverse projects and teams.
- Enjoys taking ownership and proactively driving engineering excellence.
