Summary
You will become part of the Incident Creator and AI Research team within the Technology Division in Bratislava. The team focuses on detecting malicious activity, combining correlation rules with machine learning models to evaluate potential security incidents from terabytes of behavioral data. Beyond detection, the team builds incident-handling tooling for security operators and develops automation, including potential AI SOC.Job description
As an AI Researcher, you explore, evaluate, and apply AI/ML methods to real-world cybersecurity problems — running experiments, building prototypes, and working with behavioral data. You work alongside senior researchers, gradually building independence on a clear path to becoming an experienced researcher.
About the Role
Explore and evaluate AI/ML methods for real-world cybersecurity problems — running experiments, analyzing results, and comparing approaches.
Build and test prototypes using behavioral data, identifying what brings real value in cybersecurity.
Apply existing models and approaches to threat detection, learning which methods work for which problems.
Work alongside senior researchers who guide your work while you gradually build independence and ownership.
Research novel architectures and approaches specific to the cybersecurity domain — contributing to work that pushes beyond applying existing models.
