What You’ll Do
- Create and optimize user funnels, landing pages, and in-product experiences using structured A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
- Take full responsibility for growth: lead user acquisition projects from strategy through execution, using AI as your main working environment.
- Set and monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior and cohort data, and constantly iterate.
- Prioritize and manage opportunities from ideation, implementation, production deployment, and monitoring.
- Own business units, from top-level KPIs to daily performance.
- Conduct internal, competition, and ad-intelligence research to find and exploit new opportunities.
- Use generative AI tools to create and optimize funnel performance.
- Work closely with teammates from all departments - product, data science, and R&D.
- Work in a fast-paced, innovative, data-driven, and rewarding environment.
- Act as the point of contact for strategic partners, managing client calls, technical integrations, and partnership success.
- 2+ years of experience as a Growth, Funnel Optimization, Performance Marketing or B2C Analytics.
- Experience in data-rich, mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, marketing, or large user base companies/startups.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI improvement and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing and conducting A\B tests.
- Good understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a creative mindset.

Skills Required
