Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven solutions across products and workflows.
- Build AI micro-agents and context-aware automation systems using Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI APIs.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights, automate processes, and support AI solutions.
- Optimize prompts, AI workflows, and microtool functionality for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and implement AI solutions.
- Create reusable AI components for multiple workflows.
- Document implementations, analyze performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI system
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) and understanding their practical use-cases.
- Ability to prototype focused AI-powered microtools that solve specific product or workflow problems.
- Experience integrating AI models and microtools via APIs into applications or processes.
- Vibe coders are welcome. But programming proficiency (Python preferred, or JavaScript/Node.js) and ability to write scripts for automation and data processing is a plus.
- SQL skills for querying and manipulating structured data.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a product-oriented mindset.
