Own the end-to-end development and rollout of user-facing AI features, including personalized recommendations, intelligent nudges, conversational flows, and health assessments. Build AI layers using prompt chains, micro-agents, and retrieval systems; contribute across frontend and backend; integrate APIs and third-party services; instrument analytics; run experiments and phased launches; and iterate based on user behavior and feedback.

Creates brand-consistent graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, banners, and marketing campaigns. Adapts designs across formats and platforms, researches design trends and competitor creatives, and collaborates with marketing to translate campaign ideas into visual content. The role may also involve developing creative templates and guidelines. It is an in-person internship offering hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing design, and content production.

Own paid campaign content strategy across Meta and Google, partnering with creative teams to develop and ship ads quickly. Design and manage experiments across hooks, formats, copy, and audiences; analyze performance data to identify issues and scale winning approaches. Maintain testing roadmaps, document learnings, monitor platform and competitor changes, and align messaging with growth, brand, and product teams.

Work directly with founders on changing, high-impact projects across sales, product, growth, and operations. Responsibilities may include improving sales conversions, refining mobile app features, coordinating with engineers, analyzing user feedback, building growth dashboards, and automating repetitive tasks with AI tools. The role requires strong problem-solving, adaptability, product thinking, ownership, and comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Leads a 50-person sales and service customer operations team, owning performance, KPIs, conversions, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, quality assurance, CRM and telephony systems, workforce planning, scheduling, hiring, training, retention, and daily operations. Reports directly to the Founder and drives team growth and operational performance.

Build and integrate AI-driven solutions, including micro-agents, context-aware workflows, intelligent automation, prompt optimizations, and reusable AI components. Work with structured and unstructured data, integrate AI models through APIs, analyze system performance, document implementations, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve workflow and product challenges.
