As our AI Business Solutions Architect, you will need to bridge strategy, consulting, and technical delivery. In this role, you will meet clients after initial AI product demos, understand their real business challenges, and translate them into concrete AI solutions and long term transformation plans. You will support your stakeholders in designing data and AI products, shaping one-year transformation roadmaps, and guiding internal technical teams to deliver them. You are confident in delivering information to C-Level about the outcomes in the morning and reviewing data structures and solution architecture by end of day.

Responsibilities:

Client and Business Consulting

• • Lead follow-up conversations after product demonstrations, expanding into full business transformation discussions.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to map client processes across finance, operations, and general workflows.

• • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities for AI products and data platforms.
  • Design one-year AI transformation plans, outlining clear priorities, use cases, and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to secure long-term consulting or transformation engagements.

Solution and Data Architecture

• • Design and architect scalable AI and data solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Define high-level and detailed solution designs for AI products, including data flows, integration patterns, and system boundaries.

• • Develop data strategies and frameworks to support models, algorithms, and analytics across the client environment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to refine requirements into buildable technical specifications.
  • Support proof of concepts and pilots to validate feasibility, impact, and return on investment (ROI).

Execution and Delivery

• • Oversee the delivery of AI and automation initiatives, tracking adoption and business results over time.
  • Translate business requirements into clear briefs and user stories for technical teams.
  • Review implemented solutions to ensure adherence to architectural best practices and alignment with the original business case.

• • Educate client teams on the practical application of AI agents, decision systems, and automation workflows.

Thought Leadership and Enablement

• • Maintain current knowledge of advances in AI, large language models, agent frameworks, and data architecture.
  • Recommend tools, platforms, and best practices that enhance the client's AI and data stack.
  • Communicate complex AI and technical concepts in language that enables non-technical senior stakeholders to take action.

Qualifications

Experience

• • 5 years of experience in business consulting or digital transformation with strong exposure to AI or automation programs.
  • Background in data architecture, solution architecture, or a similar role focused on AI or analytics products.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering AI or data solutions that successfully improved processes and decision-making.

Technical Skills

• • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow or PyTorch).
  • Understanding of the operational mechanics of large language models, AI agents, and automation pipelines (from data input to action).

• • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (e.g., Spark or similar stacks).
  • Solid grasp of APIs, integrations, software development fundamentals, and programming experience in Python or a similar language.

Consulting Skills

• • Comfortable leading workshops and senior client meetings.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and design realistic AI and automation use cases.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of discussing both business value and technical detail.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting the sale of long-term consulting or transformation engagements.
