Manage and schedule SEO activities across client accounts: keyword research, on-page and technical optimisation, link building, audits, analytics reporting, and coordination with content, design and development to deliver SEO campaigns on time.

Support day-to-day finance operations including posting expenses, issuing and tracking sales invoices, bank reconciliations, assisting with monthly management accounts, and supporting VAT return submissions. Maintain accurate financial records and provide general finance and admin support to the finance and operations team.

Serve as primary post-launch contact for multiple client accounts, managing relationships, timelines, budgets and scope. Triage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, translate requirements into tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams (development, UX, SEO, content), and identify growth opportunities to expand services.
