With the global AI market expected to exceed $800 billion by 2030, Bitmovin is at the forefront of leveraging AI to reshape the future of video streaming.
In 2024, we successfully launched our first AI-powered features for video streaming. Now, we're expanding our AI commitment and inviting students from HTLs and technical universities to join us in this exciting journey. You’ll work on AI-powered software solutions that have a direct impact on Bitmovin’s cutting-edge product development.

The AI & Beyond Internship Incubator offers more than just an internship – it’s a hands-on experience working on real-world AI projects that are shaping the future of video streaming. You will collaborate with industry experts and receive mentorship from Bitmovin’s team of technology leaders. Exceptional projects will be incorporated into Bitmovin’s products, developed as independent innovations, or showcased at international tradeshows. You’ll also gain access to exclusive lectures on AI and video streaming, hosted at Bitmovin’s offices in Klagenfurt and Vienna.

Your Impact
During your internship, you’ll dive into AI-driven projects that challenge and expand the capabilities of video streaming technology. Potential projects could include:
- AI-powered encoding job scheduler to optimize video encoding and improve performance.
- AI support agents that can assist users in video streaming and troubleshooting.
- AI-enhanced video quality analysis for better real-time adjustments.
- Developing AI models for stream error detection and correction.
- Experimenting with AI for personalized content recommendations.
- Contributing to AI-driven video player enhancements and user experiences.
