Own positioning, market segmentation, competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy, product launches, analyst relations, campaigns, thought leadership, and external communications. Translate technical capabilities into compelling business narratives, enable Sales and Product teams, represent the company publicly, and integrate AI tools into marketing research, content development, and campaign optimization.

A 10-week summer internship incubator where students collaborate in agile teams on AI-driven video streaming projects or develop their own ideas. Interns receive mentorship, participate in industry talks and demo days, and may present successful projects at major trade shows or contribute them to Bitmovin products or independent ventures.

Paid 10-week summer internship for computer science and software engineering students. Interns may work on AI-powered video streaming, Docker image optimization, player debugging interfaces, Smart TV remote software, CPU architecture testing, and other projects supporting Bitmovin’s global video technology products.

Leads enterprise sales and strategic account growth across EMEA for video streaming technology. Responsibilities include acquiring new logos, managing key accounts, driving cross-sell, closing multi-year SaaS and platform licensing deals, developing partners, engaging executives, building pipeline, forecasting revenue, and providing market and competitor insights across media, broadcast, OTT, and streaming markets.

Supports both Co-CEOs by managing complex calendars, international travel, stakeholder coordination, briefing materials, inbound requests, confidential information, and personal and professional tasks. The role also handles ad hoc initiatives, prioritizes competing demands, anticipates executive needs, and keeps leadership focused on high-impact priorities. Strong discretion, autonomy, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and German and English fluency are required.

Supports the revenue team through Salesforce and Apollo data hygiene, CRM administration, reporting, AI-assisted workflow development, commission processes, performance reviews, and sales enablement. The intern will clean and manage records, research and automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, prepare confidential documents, verify numbers, and help train the revenue team on sales tools and processes.

Supports marketing and revenue operations across lead triage, CRM data accuracy, Apollo outreach sequences, campaign reporting, social media, design, events, PR, and product marketing. The intern will use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research, draft content, verify data, and automate workflows. Responsibilities include scheduling Oktopost posts, tracking campaign performance, preparing event communications, coordinating speaker submissions, monitoring media coverage, and updating marketing collateral.

Lead US sales and expansion efforts as a hands-on player-coach: build predictable pipeline, personally close strategic deals, grow Net Revenue Retention with CSMs, align Sales with Product/Engineering/CS, scale partner-led opportunities, and continuously optimize sales processes. Frequent travel and cross-functional influence in a matrix organization required.

Work as the US-based technical face for Bitmovin's Encoding team: contribute production C++/Java/Kotlin code, triage and resolve customer encoding incidents during US hours, run on-site integrations and workshops, and feed field learnings into sprint planning and the product roadmap.

Drive new revenue by prospecting, managing full sales cycle, and closing deals for Bitmovin's video streaming products. Build executive and technical relationships, present tailored solutions, manage legal/procurement, coordinate internal resources, and travel frequently for conferences and customer meetings.

Three-month technical graduate internship rotating across engineering, solutions, and customer-facing teams. Work on software development tasks, learn product architecture (encoder, player, analytics), assist support and solutions teams, and travel to client sites.
