Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager of IT and contribute to shaping our technological future. In this leadership position, you'll guide a collaborative team of IT professionals while advancing digital transformation across our organization. You'll develop and implement comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with our business objectives, oversee core business systems, and ensure reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. - Master’s degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, of experience in IT leadership, product management, or technology management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Product Management, Cloud, AI) preferred.
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology product initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerce) and systems integration.
- Experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success in Agile product delivery and roadmap execution.
- Experience developing business cases, prioritizing investments, and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI, machine learning, workflow automation, and process optimization.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Automation products.

- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap.

- Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead Agile delivery processes, including planning, prioritization, releases, and product reviews.
