About the project & team
You'll join the interdisciplinary, international QVP team at Boldare. We build a platform for a government-owned company from Saudi Arabia — designed to verify professional qualifications of workers and ensure compliance with national employment standards.
We're working on the next major release while supporting the live production version. Real tasks, real responsibility, real impact — from day one.
You'll work with: React, Vue, PHP / Symfony, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Jira / Confluence.
The role
We're not looking for someone who fits a specific stack. We're looking for someone who uses AI to learn fast, solve problems, and deliver — and who's hungry to grow.
Tell us when you apply whether you lean frontend (React / Vue) or backend (PHP / Symfony). Either is fine — what matters is your mindset.
What we're looking for
→ You use AI as a thinking tool: not just for code generation, but to explore, debug, learn, and decide faster
→ You understand prompting: you craft prompts intentionally and push back when the output isn't good enough
→ You have something to show: a project, experiment, or tool built with AI? Even a small one counts
→ You learn quickly, you pick up new tools without needing a course first
→ You're comfortable in English min.B2 client communication is in English, daily
→ You know Git basics: branching, commits, pull requests
What you'll grow into
You don't need to know these on day one but you'll be working with them:
→ Frontend: React
→ Backend: PHP / Symfony
→ Testing: PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress
→ Infrastructure: Docker, GitLab CI/CD
→ Project tools: Jira, Confluence

Skills Required
- Use AI as a development and learning tool
- Understand and craft prompts (prompt engineering)
- Have a project, experiment, or tool built with AI to show
- Quick learner who picks up new tools without formal courses
- English proficiency (minimum B2) for daily client communication
- Git basics: branching, commits, pull requests
- Interest or orientation toward frontend (React/Vue) or backend (PHP/Symfony)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn testing (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Docker and GitLab CI/CD
- Experience or willingness to use Jira and Confluence
