Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Scouts, evaluates, and codifies emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns (predictive, generative, and agentic).
- Partners with business, and enabling teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI adoption.
- Authors AI playbooks, standards, and guardrails to guide delivery and governance.
- Leads architecture reviews for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles. Provides strategic thought leadership on AI adoption, internally and externally.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
- With 3–6 years experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- Proven hands-on expertise with ML frameworks, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems. Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tooling.
- Curiosity and ability to research and adapt quickly to emerging AI technologies. Strong technical writing skills for documenting learnings and contributing to publications.
