Serve as an Agile coach/Scrum Master guiding product teams to continuously improve delivery, protect teams from distractions, establish stakeholder communication, foster psychological safety, use workflow metrics to optimize flow, and support team decision-making and accountability.

In order to succeed, you’ll need
• 2-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other similar role
• Previous experience mapping and optimizing the team workflow
• Proven records of using workflow metrics (CFD – Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time e Cycle Time)
• Knowledge of management tools such as Jira
• Ability to communicate about organizational challenges and collaborate on finding solutions
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
• Availability to be sometimes at the office in Lisbon
