About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished, hands on Agentic AI Platforms & Products Lead to drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for our Agent platform’s suite of user-facing products: workflow orchestration, Agent Store & (marketplace), workflow telemetry & single pane of glass, sandbox, and conversational agent. This role is the primary product interface between stakeholders and engineering and science organizations — owning prioritization, delivery timelines, and the platform roadmap. As the platform scales to enterprise, this leader will play conduit for customers to leverage the platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and delivery timelines for the platform capabilities
- Interface with business stakeholders as the primary Product Owner — translating business needs into platform features and agent capabilities
- Drive product prioritization based on business value and platform scalability
- Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each product
- Work with the innovation pillar, fintech and external partners to accelerate the capabilities offerings
- Manage the self-service enablement roadmap with no-code/low-code tooling
- Coordinate with Core Engineering on platform capabilities, NFRs, and release management
- Partner with Science pillar on evaluation, model selection, and Responsible AI integration into products
- Drive customer enablement: onboarding playbooks, training, change management for Falcon adoption
- Track product KPIs: adoption rates, workflow completion rates, agent reuse metrics, user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Formal experience in being a product owner or a product manager.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years (MD) / 7+ years (VP) / 4+ years (AVP) of experience in product management for technology platforms
- Proven track record of shipping AI/ML or automation products at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and low-code/no-code platform paradigms
- Experience managing product roadmaps across multiple product lines simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to align business, operations, and technology teams
- Familiarity with financial services operations and asset servicing workflows is a strong plus
- Data-driven decision-making: experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and KPI frameworks
- Agile product management expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
