The Agency Success Consultant ensures the accurate and timely processing of agent- and agency-related documentation in support of Delaware Life's operations. Sitting within the Sales Operations team, this role serves as a critical operational partner to agents, agencies, back offices, and internal stakeholders, driving firm mergers and acquisitions, state appointments and renewal compliance, quality control, and system enhancements.

How You’ll Contribute:
- Firm mergers and acquisitions. Conduct up-front review, communicate with impacted areas, and process transactions end-to-end.
- Block transfers. Perform up-front review, coordinate cross-functional communication, and manage processing from initiation through completion.
- State appointments, renewals, and terminations. Process in accordance with each state's regulatory requirements.
- Quality control. Review completed cases to confirm accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Process documentation. Develop and maintain guidelines, step-by-step instructions, and FAQ resources.
- Special projects. Own the end-to-end execution of special initiatives assigned to the team.
- System enhancements. Partner across the organization to identify and implement improvements to system functionality.
- Product and regulatory knowledge. Learn, retain, and continuously update knowledge of Delaware Life's annuity products, internal processes, and the industry rules and regulations that govern this work.
- Continuous improvement. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional efforts within Sales Operations.
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four or more years of operations, customer service, or transaction-processing experience (or a combination thereof).
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services operations, particularly in agent or producer services, licensing, or appointments is preferred
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity with state insurance department processes (appointments, renewals, and terminations) and producer licensing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external partners including agents, agencies, and back offices.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, articulate findings, and drive issues to resolution.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $70,000/year plus bonus in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
